Glass Retainer Mold, Sold Per Foot - For fastening the bevelled glass set into clock door/sides.
Two Kinds To Choose From:
Nail In Glass Retainer Mold: Made of dark brown plastic, the vertical and horizontal surface is 3/16" (5 mm) wide, with a groove in the half round for embedding small finishing nails (included) every 3-4" (75-100 mm). Priced at 0.55/ft.
Push In Glass Retainer Mold: Also made of dark brown plastic with exposed edge measuring 3/8" wide, and insert edge measuring 1/8" for a total of 1/2" width. This GR mold is installed by pushing it into a specially made groove in the clock's wood frame per the instructions in the plan. It gives a cleaner look to the inside of the clock for those who don't want any nail heads to be visible. Priced at 0.60/ft.
