WE NOW ACCEPT PAY PAL: IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
When using Pay Pal, please select Canadian Dollar from the box named "Currencies" at the bottom right of any screen on our website. Pay Pal defaults to USD so unless you want to pay in US funds, failure to make the appropriate currency choice will result in Canadian customers getting charged in USD. This selection must be made PRIOR to checking out so that when you are taken over to the Pay Pal payment page, it knows what currency you wish to pay in. After you select Canadian Dollar, you will know you are being charged correctly if you see CAD beside the prices on our website.
This issue does not apply to credit card orders, as we process the credit cards ourselves before shipping your items, so we know what currency to use based on the order address.
A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING:
Shipping prices given during checkout are subject to change upon actual packing of the order. Because our items are so varied in size and weight, and purchased in so many different combinations, it is impossible to give a precise shipping quote unless the items are packed and weighed in the boxes that will be sent out. Generally, the change will be a few dollars up or down from the rate given. In the case of a larger, heavier order, and depending on where it is going, if the rate is much different than the one given, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipping.
We wish we could offer free shipping, but due to the nature of our products (as described above), shipping costs us a lot, and we prefer NOT to build those costs into our product pricing. We want our customers to know what they are paying for, and not pretend to offer something for free that really is not.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone 1(905)604-1148 to obtain an accurate shipping rate. We will do our best to provide the most economical way to safely ship your items, and your order will NOT be sent UNTIL you give your approval on the final total including shipping. You may also view our shipping policies under "Shipping and Returns" on the bottom left of each page, in the "Information" Box.

Letter From the President:
Welcome to Arek’s Murray Clocks Inc. I am Arek, and as many of you may know, I have been the manager and front person of Murray Clock Craft Ltd for over three decades. I started with Murray Clock in 1978, working for the founder of the company, William Murray. In 1994, Daniel Kesselring bought the company and I had the honour of continuing there with him for 18 years as well. Sadly, Mr. Kesselring passed away unexpectedly in the summer of 2012, and Murray Clock Craft Ltd. had to close its doors for good.
Since clocks have been my life for so long, I have started my own company, built on years of experience in this industry. I am sure most of you have talked to “Arek” over the years for assistance in your projects, or advice in creating an heirloom for your families. I aim to give you the best service I can, regardless of the dollar amount you spend. To those of you that are new customers, thank you for choosing Arek’s Murray Clocks for your clock needs. I am sure we will become friends as time goes by.
Best Regards to All,
Arek’s Murray Clocks Inc.
ATTENTION: All Grandfather
clock movements and Grandmother clock movements come complete with: chime rods, weights, plain shells and standard
pendulums in the movement price. Banded shells and lyre pendulums are upgrades.

A few words about our case kits.
Our kits are made from the finest woods available and are finished to the point where only assembly and fine sanding are required to achieve a professionally finished clock case. We use solid wood in all our case kits - the best cherry, white oak, ash and walnut available.
Easy To Assemble Case Kits
These kits are the perfect answer for the "do-it-yourselfer" with neither the time or the equipment to cut all the mouldings, turnings and flat lumber that makes up a clock. All parts are pre-cut or pre-mitred and difficult components - such as doors and some pediment boards - are completely assembled. Only gluing, assembling and finishing are required. All our kits come complete with instructions, parts lists and large "exploded" diagrams. They may be completed easily by a novice without the use of power tools. Everything to complete the cases is included with the exception of the glass and finishing materials. There are some small clock case kits which include standard glass and in the case of some clock case kits, bevelled glass is offered as an optional extra.
We offer plans of most of our case kits with full size patterns, along with step-by-step instructions on assembly. While the plans may be purchased separately, they are included in our case kits. We also have some of our plans offered as immediate downloads. Order today and start building today!
Hard - To Make - Parts
For those building from "scratch", we supply some of the hard - to - make mouldings and turnings for our grandfather and grandmother clock cases, and some turnings for the wall and shelf clock cases. We are sure you will find that a clock made from our kits, drawings and components will add charm and grace to your home and be appreciated for generations.
